I am an assistant professor of psychological and brain sciences at Boston University.
I received a joint Ph.D. in psychology and marketing and a M.A. in statistics from University of Pennsylvania under the guidance of Drs. Joseph Kable and Eric Bradlow. I did my postdoctoral fellowship at UC Berkeley with Drs. Ming Hsu and Andrew Kayser.
As a hobby, I enjoy designing academic graphs, brewing coffee & tea.

Phillip is a second-year PhD student in the Computing and Data Sciences department, working in the Data Science of the Mind Lab under Dr. Josh Peterson.
Currently rotating in the Decoding Lab, his research bridges artificial intelligence and psychology through computational modeling and neural networks, with a focus on the mechanisms underlying aberrant decision-making and atypical cognition.
